Kaldox buys hall property on the Bille Canal
The Kaldox Group has acquired the property at Großmannstrasse 72-80 in Hamburg. It measures approximately 7,200 m² and is built with two halls, each with an area of 700 m² and 1,400 m², as well as additional office and storage space of around 500 m². Kaldox will modernize the property in order to offer it to potential users from July. Theodor Schöne acted as intermediary. The Bonk law firm advised the buyer.

Kaldox buys Allianz portfolio
The Hamburg family office Kaldox has acquired six logistics properties with a total area of around 185,000 m² in the Billbrook district. The properties include Böttcherhof 2, Böttcherhof 2a and Hamburg's car depository on Halskestrasse. The last known owner was an Allianz property association for which Cromwell Property Group managed the buildings. Kaldox has already owned the Böttcherhof 1 and Böttcherhof 1a commercial complexes since 2016. Kaldox will revitalize the properties and integrate them into the portfolio. BNP Paribas Real Estate managed the transaction and advised the seller. The closing was legally supported by CMS and technically by Drees & Sommer. The law firms Bonk and Jebens Mensching advised the buyer.

Kaldox buys another industrial property in Hamburg-Billbrook
The KALDOX Group has acquired another plot of land in Billbrook. The plot covers around 5,000 m², has a 2,000 m² warehouse and is to be rented to a single tenant at the beginning of next year. A few weeks ago, KALDOX secured a plot of land in the immediate vicinity with a total usable area of around 42,000 m². KALDOX is thus further expanding its portfolio in Hamburg Billbrook.

Hamburg city logistics area goes to Kaldox
Kaldox buys a property for city logistics in Hamburg-Billbrook.
The Kaldox Group has acquired a city logistics property in Hamburg-Billbrook. The leased logistics property is located on a plot of around 41,000 square meters, has a total rental area of around 42,000 square meters and is 70 percent leased. Kaldox is one of the Hamburg market leaders in the asset class and is planning an extensive revitalization of the property.
Avison Young acted as mediator and advisor in the transaction. Kaldox received legal advice from attorney Thorsten Schlegel, Bonk Rechtsanwälte, Hamburg.

Kaldox buys commercial property in Hamburg-Billbrook
The Hamburg family office KALDOX Group has acquired a commercial property with 4,200 m² of usable space in Hamburg-Billbrook as part of a bidding process. The seller is G4S, a global leader in security solutions for the transport of money and valuables. The purchase price has been kept confidential. The global real estate service provider CBRE advised G4S on the transaction. A real estate law team from the international law firm Eversheds Sutherland provided G4S with legal advice.
"KALDOX secured the contract for the property as part of a bidding process and was able to complete the transaction within a few days as part of an uncomplicated but nevertheless efficient process," says Tobias Heine, Director Industrial & Logistics Hamburg at CBRE.

Kaldox leases to Hermes in Hamburg-Billbrook
Another rental success for KALDOX, one of the leading owners of logistics properties in Hamburg.
A subsidiary of KALDOX has signed a rental agreement with the shipping service provider Hermes for a commercial property in Hamburg-Billbrook with a building area of approx. 4,000 m² and a plot size of approx. 12,000 m².
The real estate company Jacobi Immobilien KG (GmbH & Co.) advised the contracting parties.

Kaldox buys industrial property in Glinde.
The KALDOX Group is expanding its portfolio with another property in Schleswig-Holstein. The property covers around 13,000 square meters and is leased long-term to REPACK Industrieverpackungs GmbH. This means that KALDOX - which has been investing in commercial and logistics properties since the 1990s and is one of the market leaders in this asset class - can further expand its real estate portfolio near Hamburg. The team from Maack Immobilien and Theodor Schöne acted as intermediaries.

Kaldox buys commercial property on Billstraße
The Kaldox Group has acquired the former Zinkpower site at Billstrasse 156 in Rothenburgsort. The property covers around 12,000 m² and has two warehouses. Kaldox plans to rent out the property and develop it at a later date. BNP Paribas Real Estate brokered the deal. Kaldox is thus expanding its holdings on Billstrasse to around 60,000 m².

The Hamburg family office Kaldox is acquiring another 7,000 m² plot of land on Billstrasse in Rothenburgsort. There is a seven-story office building with adjacent logistics halls. The company did not disclose the house number when asked. Theodor Schöne acted as mediator.

Deutsche Post rents 9,000 m² from Kaldox
The Kaldox Group has won Deutsche Post as a new tenant for over 9,000 square meters in the Hamburg district of Billbrook.
The DAX company will rent the property at the new, strategically important location for its subsidiary DHL from October 2021. In the spring of this year, Deutsche Post leased 10,000 square meters from the Kaldox Group in the Hamburg district of Moorburg to expand the mail center. This means that the Kaldox Group can welcome Deutsche Post as a new tenant for the second time. The deal was brokered by Procurator Immobilienmanagement from Hamburg.

Kaldox rents approx. 11,000 m² of storage space to Görtz
From August 2021, the traditional Hamburg company Ludwig Görtz GmbH will rent around 11,000 m² of storage space in the commercial complex Im Rögen 19-27 in Bad Oldesloe. The landlord of the property is a subsidiary of the KALDOX Group, one of the leading owners of logistics properties in Hamburg. KALDOX acquired the modern commercial complex with a total rental area of around 48,000 m² at the end of 2017 and has renovated it sustainably. The logistics facility in Bad Oldesloe is thus once again fully let.
The omnichannel company Ludwig Görtz wants to handle its rapidly growing online business at the location. The specialists for commercial and industrial properties from Jacobi Immobilien KG (GmbH & Co.) from Hamburg acted as advisors.

Hamburg: The Hamburg-based Kaldox Group has acquired the “Böttcherhof 1” commercial complex in Billbrook. The seller of the property at Billbrookdeich 32-36 is the V+ Germany fund of Valad Europe. “Böttcherhof 1” comprises a total of around 39,000 m² and is fully let to over 30 users.
