The Hamburg-based family office Kaldox has acquired six logistics properties with a total area of approximately 185,000 m² in the Billbrook district. The properties include Böttcherhof 2, Böttcherhof 2a, and Hamburg’s car depository on Halskestraße.
The last known owner was an Allianz real estate cooperative, for which Cromwell Property Group managed the buildings. Kaldox has owned the Böttcherhof 1 and Böttcherhof 1a commercial complexes since 2016. Kaldox will revitalize the properties and integrate them into its portfolio. BNP Paribas Real Estate managed the transaction and advised the seller. CMS provided legal support for the closing, and Drees & Sommer provided technical support. The law firms Bonk and Jebens Mensching advised the buyer.
