The leased logistics property is located on a site of approximately 41,000 square meters, comprises a total of approximately 42,000 square meters of rental space, and is 70 percent leased. Kaldox is one of Hamburg&#8217;s market leaders in this asset class and plans a comprehensive revitalization of the property.  <\/p>\n<p>Avison Young acted as broker and advisor for the transaction.
