The properties include B\u00f6ttcherhof 2, B\u00f6ttcherhof 2a, and Hamburg&#8217;s car depository on Halskestra\u00dfe. <\/p>\n<p>The last known owner was an Allianz real estate cooperative, for which Cromwell Property Group managed the buildings. Kaldox has owned the B\u00f6ttcherhof 1 and B\u00f6ttcherhof 1a commercial complexes since 2016. Kaldox will revitalize the properties and integrate them into its portfolio. BNP Paribas Real Estate managed the transaction and advised the seller. CMS provided legal support for the closing, and Drees &amp; Sommer provided technical support.
