The KALDOX Group has acquired another property in Billbrook. The property encompasses approximately 5,000 m², includes a 2,000 m² warehouse, and is scheduled to be leased to a single tenant at the beginning of next year. A few weeks ago, KALDOX secured a property in the immediate vicinity with a total usable area of approximately 42,000 m². This further expands KALDOX’s portfolio in Hamburg’s Billbrook district.
