- Supporting the team with administrative and organizational tasks
- Maintaining contact and supporting tenants and prospective tenants
- Preparation and review of rental, maintenance and repair contracts – Management of rental contracts including rental price adjustments
- Written and telephone correspondence regarding property management
- Invoice processing, payment transactions, processing of open items, dunning and operating cost accounting
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector or have solid professional experience
- Confident use of MS Office programs
- Independent and structured working style
- Sociability, motivation and teamwork skills
