A subsidiary of the Hamburg-based commercial real estate investor Kaldox Group has acquired the commercial complex at Rögen 19-27 in Bad Oldesloe from the trading company Boltze. The high-bay warehouses comprise approximately 48,000 m² of usable space and will be available for new tenants starting in January. The property measures 57,000 m². The purchase price has been kept confidential. Grossmann & Berger acted as intermediary.
