The Kaldox Group has acquired the property at Großmannstraße 72-80 in Hamburg. It measures approximately 7,200 m² and is built with two warehouses, each measuring 700 m² and 1,400 m², as well as additional office and warehouse space of approximately 500 m². Kaldox will modernize the property and offer it to potential tenants starting in July. Theodor Schöne acted as intermediary. The Bonk law firm advised the buyer.
