A subsidiary of KALDOX has signed a lease agreement with the shipping service provider Hermes for a commercial property in Hamburg-Billbrook with a building area of approximately 4,000 m² and a plot size of approximately 12,000 m².
The real estate company Jacobi Immobilien KG (GmbH & Co.) advised the contracting parties.”
