Starting in August 2021, the long-established Hamburg company Ludwig Görtz GmbH will lease approximately 11,000 m² of warehouse space in the commercial complex at Im Rögen 19-27 in Bad Oldesloe. The property’s landlord is a subsidiary of the KALDOX Group, one of the leading logistics property managers in Hamburg. KALDOX acquired the modern commercial complex, with a total rental area of approximately 48,000 m², at the end of 2017 and has sustainably refurbished it. The logistics facility in Bad Oldesloe is thus once again fully leased.
The omnichannel company Ludwig Görtz plans to manage its rapidly growing online business at the location. The commercial and industrial real estate specialists from Jacobi Immobilien KG (GmbH & Co.) in Hamburg acted as consultants.
