Job description

Your tasks with us:

  • Supporting the team with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Maintaining contact and supporting tenants and prospective tenants
  • Preparation and review of rental, maintenance and repair contracts – Management of rental contracts including rental price adjustments
  • Written and telephone correspondence regarding property management
  • Invoice processing, payment transactions, processing of open items, dunning and operating cost accounting

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector or have solid professional experience
  • Confident use of MS Office programs
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Sociability, motivation and teamwork skills
